Candy Cane Fudge

2 (10 ounce) packages white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 t peppermint extract
1 1/2 c crushed candy canes
1 dash red food coloring

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and grease the foil (use a larger dish for thinner fudge). Melt chips and milk over medium heat until almost smooth. Remove from heat and stir until smooth (completely melted). Stir in extract, food coloring, and candy canes. Pour into dish. Chill for 2 hours. Done! Like fudge, these are rich, so you can cut into small squares.

This recipe is not only super delicious, but also super easy! Makes a great treat to giveaway for the holidays to friends, co-workers, and families. It is always a hit! Emily and I found this recipe on all-recipes.
