Whole Wheat Waffles

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 T sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 c milk or soymilk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 t. nutmeg or cinnamon

Yum! yum!! Love me some waffles. These are healthy enough to remove the guilt of eating a giant amount of carbs for breakfast. Serve with fruit or whatever topping you prefer!
