Quick & Easy Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil or 1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup ice water (I use refrigerated water)

Filling:
4 – 6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c milk
1/2 bag frozen spinach
1 c mushrooms
1 c frozen mixed peppers
1 small onion, chopped
goat cheese or other cheese of choice to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 t cayenne pepper

This recipe is easy enough that you can make it mid-week! Works great as leftovers. I found the crust recipe on Food.com.
