Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 bag red potatoes, quartered
olive oil
rosemary
Italian seasoning
salt & pepper

Quarter potatoes and spread on cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes, and season generously with rosemary, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft and golden brown.

These are a go-to side for us. There are never any leftovers!
